My son loves it for gaming and also for a place for his friends to crash when they sleep over. A bit hard but nothing a few jumping jacks won't solve. It's also a little heavy for me but my son has no problem moving it from room to room. Overall, a good purchase.

It is larger than I thought, but that is ok. Just can't have anyone sit on it without leaving a ton of lint. Wanted soft to the touch and didn't get the vinyl, now I wished I had.

I bought one, was satisfied, so bought another to make a large seating/sleeping area -- I can use one for a twin-sized sleeper, both combined for king. Convenient in my small NY apartment. Nice looking and functional.
Other note: the customer service was very good.

The [...] Futon was exactly what we needed; way better than any inflatable mattress and can be "stored" in plain sight as a chair in a guest bedroom. My only improvement suggestion would be a couple of sewn-in cloth handles because it's rather bulky and difficult to move across carpet.
