I bought this futon for my father, who needed smaller furniture for his living room, and an extra bed every now and then for visitors. This is perfect! He loves the flip up arms the store remotes, and have beverage holders. He also really likes the magazine racks on the sides. This futon is helping him keep organized as well as meeting all of his seating needs. He is very pleased with it, which makes me happy.

This futon frame is outstanding considering the price. I use it as my studio apartment's only couch and my bed -- so it gets a ton of use and has held up well so far. The cup holder and magazine racks are a nice touch, too.
It seems incredibly sturdy, too. When I plop down to go to bed, it doesn't move at all and it isn't creaky when I move around.

I got free shipping on the futon and matress, a great deal.
I would have given a 5, only for the fact that the manufacturer had provided just one screw and bolt that was too tight and wouldn't screw all the way(the rest were fine) and I had to call several times to get a replacement.
Upon asking about if pillows came with the futon cover sets (not clear on site, the CSR sounded like he knew as well as I did. All in all, I am happy with my product.
