I don't want buyers to be misled by the ad for this particular piece or line of furniture. I inspected this sectional very carefully before deciding to go with a different product. Though it states it's 'genuine leather' IT IS NOT! This is a VINYL covered sectional with microsuede cushions. It is an attractive piece but not quality made. I have found many lines of furniture are now stating they are 'genuine leather' but they actually are not. Many buyers don't know the difference because most vinyls are made to deceive the buyer.

Today I received a Sofa, Chaise lounge & Ottoman (all in Chocolate) and each of the items were damaged or assembled at an extremely low level of quality. Damage or poor quality listed below:

SOFA

1. The leather was torn on the right side panel of the sofa
2. Both right and left-hand side panels are warped and not properly seated
3. There was a staple sticking through were the right-hand armrest and seat cushion support areas meet.
4. At the center of the back support there is an indention in the leather
5. The sofa and chaise legs are two different types and two different lengths

CHAISE

1. The bottom of the chaise lounge section has on threaded hole to screw on leg type in and at the location where the other three legs go there is not any threaded holes. Even if there were it wouldn't matter because there wasn't enough of the threaded leg style provided.
2. The contour where the legs are installed is uneven due to bunched up material. This will not allow flush "seating" of the legs.

OTTOMAN

1. The lid was not installed so that it would have a flush fit with the bottom (misaligned hinge)
2. The hinge that connects to the lid and bottom was installed crooked and wood screws are stripped and torn out of the bottom

Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience and I personally have never seen furniture made with such poor quality (materials, structural stability & manufacturing method).

If this is 4 Star out of 5 star quality, then this means the product is at a minimum 80% better than the rest of the products. I would be scared to see what 3 star quality is!!!

Other than being smaller than expected, the sectional is gorgeous. Really enjoy being able rearrange when guests come. The microfiber is amazing!

This sofa looks great, and it's a comfortable place for two people to enjoy a movie together.

My living room is small, so this sofa/chaise is the perfect size. It seats 5-6 people comfortably. I like that it provides a good amount of sitting space without taking up too much room. I'm happy with the color. It was just like the picture. It's comfortable. I haven't gotten it dirty, so I couldn't say how easy it is (or isn't) to clean. Overall, I am very happy that I found a genuine leather sofa/chaise at this price. I searched many websites for at least a month and this was a great deal (especially with the white glove delivery). I also purchased the matching ottoman. The only bad thing about it is that the top of the ottoman is not durable enough to sit on. It seems that it is hollow in the middle. I have a tray resting on my ottoman, but I don't put heavy items in it for fear that the middle will sink in. I received many compliments from family and friends on how nice the set looks. [...]
