Just FYI, the couch is darker than it appears in the picture. But we still love it. The directions were vague and did not explain how to unfold the couch into a bed. After calling the manufacturer and waiting 7 hours for them to call me back, I found out that you simply need to pull the back support forward and THEN push back. The couch is firm and for this reason would not let anyone sleep on it for long. But we are mostly going to be using it as a couch, so firmness is good. The only true down-fall, as I see it, is the fact that there is VELCRO on the actual couch itself (to hold the arm-rests in place). If better designed, they would've put the rough velcro on the arm-rests, NOT the bed. All in all, good quality and nice appearance.

The color is darker than it appears in the picture. But that was okay with us. There was a hole in the fabric underneath the couch. I duck-taped it, nobody will ever see it anyway. The cushions are firm, which is why I wouldn't subject anyone to sleeping on it for more than a few nights...unless they like firm. We use it in our studio mainly for sitting. Looks great. The design itself could've used a little more brain-storming because, first of all, the arm rests are secured by velcro...which surprisingly has the rougher side of velcro on the actual bed instead of the arm pad. Secondly, I can't even figure out how to lower the bed...no handles or guides anywhere. Even so, I'm satisfied with the look and quality of it.
Service and delivery comments:
Customer service from the actual manufacturer (Coaster Company) was disappointing. I called them this morning and was transferred to voice-mail...still haven't heard back 7 hours later. Not to mention, their directions didn't even explain how to recline the sofa, and it's really not obvious. Still wondering how to do it. CSN was reliable though. I would order from them again.

I use the sofa in my office for when i have to stay over night.
the sofa is great for decoration in my office, and great for sleeping when I what to spend the night at my office.
I can't say that there is anything not so great about the sofa... the sofa is great all over, I even found some small throw pillows to match.

This sof goes great in our family room in front of the big screne TV. Modern look, simple lines. The faux leather is very nice looking, and very similar to real leather but easy to clean. It's comfortable to sleep on and great for overnight guests (but not big enough for two adults to sleep on). This sofa is a HUGE step up from the futon we had before. Very well worth the price I paid.

Using it mostly as a sofa in our kids playroom. Easy to clean which has been tested by multiple spills already. Still looks as good as the day we received it. We have even received compliments about how nice it is.
Service and delivery comments:
We were notified that the sofa would be delivered by UPS Freight - which meant we would have to take it from the back of the truck ourselves. Not true! The delivery guy wheeled it into our garage for us. . .very nice! The delivery was quick and on-time just as advertised. The product arrived in perfect condition even though there was a small hole in the top of the box.
